Good Samaritan Services (GSS) is a national volunteer agency providing geriatric health services. It is recommended that GSS reorganize to have a clear structure of leadership. The new leadership should focus on increasing the motivation of everyone involved, including volunteers and clients. This will result in a positive environment, which will lead to more referrals and more revenue.
