Homer Salcido was the head of security and Intelligence agency in Monterrey, Nuevo Leon. Nuevo Leon claimed as a safe state was taken over by gruesome acts that caused Homer Salcidos death. Now the government is trying to do more in hand. ” This does nothing but drive us forward, make us redouble our strategy,” Medina told reporters. Is cracking down harder on the cartels a good thing or will it make matters worse.
This issue is important because the government is going to make the city feel more insecure. The men and women are going to feel like the government is going to make everything even worse that they are not going to be able to go to the store across the street. This issue is showing that it will get to that point in life and all they can do is pray. Taking out one of the highest ranking officers is one step closer to the domination of Nuevo Leon. One thing that is feared by the whole world the fear of being took over is happening in a little state in Mexico.
I say the same thing about this issue. It will affect people in the future because it will happen one day. There is no other way around it because this is happening all over Mexico. There is no way that they can go anywhere else either because they cannot afford it or do not want to risk the journey. If this violence escalates it will forever be run by cartels. This will be the worse fear a country has and this can occur in matter of days or weeks.
