AbortionEssay Preview: AbortionReport this essayAbortion, a term that has been discussed over decays, a term that everybody felt sick of hearing, and yet again, another discussion of it to dig out itЎЇs true meaning. So whatЎЇs abortion? Based on the web dictionary, abortion is the termination of pregnancy and expulsion of an embryo or of a fetus that is incapable of survival. However, I defined abortion as the irresponsibility of a couple, especially younger age couples, who abandon the meaning of pure love. The United States reminds the highest rate of abortion among industrialized countries outside of Eastern Europe even though our abortion rate has hit the lowest level since 1974.
The Abortion and Contraception Issue
The U.S. government has a number of legal exceptions to its policies which prohibit federal action when it comes to women claiming an “infantile injury”. These are usually known as “baby-infant” exceptions, in which a mother is required to obtain a prescription for fertility medication. However, there are certain exceptions that these exceptions do include. When babies are conceived without a second opinion, these exceptions are called “natural and legal” exceptions. These exceptions are, in essence, that abortion is illegal, but we’re still talking about something.
Before we go any further, let’s just discuss the first one, the baby-infant exception, which has been a topic of debate for some time:
Natural and Legal Baby-Infant Cuts
In 2004, the Supreme Court said that while most abortion decisions are legal, the case made for women to terminate a pregnancy at this time and for other conditions is only a “partial birth or early-term death,” not a complete one. This is because this is considered what a mother’s doctor determined to be “abortion without due process” by the US Food and Drug Administration.
On the other side of the Court, in 2009 Planned Parenthood, a California provider with approximately 10,000 employees, decided to continue their abortion program even after obtaining a 20 year “partial birth abortion” license to terminate a pregnancy by administering a highly restrictive abortion medication which would cost no more than $20 per day. At the time of Planned Parenthood’s decision, there were many doctors who refused abortions because of this restrictive license and the law forced them to terminate pregnancy at the same time.
This case was made in 2012 and was referred to the Supreme Court by the majority, which said the law was not unconstitutional. It was not even necessary for the federal government to file a lawsuit against Planned Parenthood, as the case dealt with abortion, but the law was not being enforced. The Supreme Court ruled that the law was only unconstitutional because the government had violated the Fourth Amendment.
In 2009, the Supreme Court decided that the government had been “misleading” the public about how a woman’s choice for a second “life” could terminate the pregnancy. Although the law of the day stated that “life begins not at conception, but shortly after conception, by the time of fertilization,” the law said that when this happens, it may result in a second abortion.
In 2010, President Obama changed course for the United States to legalize legalizing women who do not have abortions. In January of that year, we decided to support the Senate to legalize women with no health care coverage and therefore
So why in the United States? And why did I strike on younger couples? I shall begin by telling some of my experience. To me, love is very magical; itЎЇs very unique, incomparable to anything else. As a young adult with minimum life experience, we hardly analyst anything around us, when we think of something, it sounded fun, we do it with no regret. I would say having a girlfriend was one of the most important thing in life, because all of your friends do and you donЎЇt want to be the left out kid. As a group of guys, our most popular discussion topic was, well, anything related to woman. We would always define them with Where, When, What, Why and How. Those were good times in life. Until one evening on our homie gathering night, what happened struck me hard.
My best friend, Nick, has been dating my cousin, Lily, for weeks already. I trusted him, well, he begged me for weeks, so I bridged them together. ItЎЇs always a good feeling to help someone develop a relationship, you know, theyЎЇll thank you, take you out too eat and mention your name in front of other people. However, this time I end up losing my beloved cousin because my god damn best friend made her into the decision of Abortion. Without discussing with anybody, Lily end up in the hospital for six months suffering from mental illness
