came where she was forced to go to her grandmothers house. While Cecilia was in the car you can feel her depression just by looking at her sad and gloomy face. She was so depressed that she didnt even feel just a little bit happy because she was passing through her favorite rode that would once would put a smile on her face as a child. When she arrived at her grandmothers house she wiped the frown right off of her faced and replaced it with an adorable smile. She came inside of her grandmothers house and saw grandma. So she decided to start a conversation. After about five to ten minuets both of their relationships grew a bit more every second.

After a while disusing with her grandmother they would share many different types of similarities. One of the main subjects they were disusing was astronomy. Cecilia opened up to her sweet grandmother and told her that one of her dreams was to sleep under the stars. But she never could since her mother would nag to her and say she would get sick because it turns icy cold when the sum hides on the other side of the earth. When her grandmother her what she said a great wide open smile began to show. And she said, “I know a way that you can sleep under the stars and still be warm”. She brought out a big wide chest a took out a beautiful hand woven quit. When Cecilia laid her eyes of the quit her eyes would begin to enlarge with excitement. Every little peace her grandmother saw a memories would come back to her wise old mine. With lots of affection her grandmother gladly gave Cecilia the quit. At that moment a very strong relationship grew between them.

Nevertheless the story “To Sleep Under the Stars”, written by Carol Shaw Gresham is a wonderful story. Explaining how a young teenaged girl realizes that blood is thicker than water, Through out the whole story Cecilia changes from a bitter, selfish girl to a thankful and appreciative young lady.
