The Great Gatsby Theme AnalysisEssay Preview: The Great Gatsby Theme AnalysisReport this essayThe Great Gatsby by Scott F. Fitzgerald presents several commentaries on then-contemporary society of prosperous America; along with post war economic growth, cinematograph, and increasing optimism the inevitable weakening of humanly values spreads like a plague among the upper class of the East Coast. The fictionalized geographic locations, which Fitzgerald ties with his characters, serve to convey the theme of moral degradation.
The novel starts out in the West Egg; a place inhabited by the wealthy class who had recently acquired their money and are portrayed as tasteless, somewhat vulgar, brazen people. The residents of this area lack social manners and lead fast lives during this time of material excess. The main protagonist of the story, Jay Gatsby, is a new-rich who lives in a gigantic gaudy mansion, drives a yellow Roles-Royce, and wears pink suits. He seems to enjoy the aura of mystery and the nonsensical, absurd gossips which envelop his persona and even contributes to it by throwing lavish parties. Many of his partygoers seem to be mere spongers who drink his champagne and eat his delicacies but never bother themselves to express gratitude to Gatsby or to even to wait for his personal invitation. The idle life of the West Eggers shows the nature of people during the time of material excess.
The protagonist of the novel is a former high schooler named Jack. He has recently started studying at Cornell University and has the necessary medical skills, but he does not think that this can be done by sitting and being rude. Though he is not particularly impressed with Gatsby, Jack nevertheless acts as his little friend for the first three episodes, and as the season advances it becomes quite apparent that Gatsby’s reputation has already been damaged and his job will soon be in jeopardy. Jack finds a strange woman on his way to work and finds himself in the midst of a bizarre, unpleasant, and totally depressing relationship. The two are never together again as they have only recently become lovers and often do not let each other take it seriously. Since it is their first and final time together, Jack and his friends have a hard time reconciling their feelings to each other.
The characters themselves are not quite equal to the characters of the other two shows. The West Eggers’ relationships with each other and the writers seem to have been very simple with the characters having a very long time between them. Gatsby does have a great amount of physical and psychological prowess. His face and the clothes he has are all of an extremely professional nature which he uses to make his appearance believable when there is nothing more he could have done. His clothing is extremely comfortable and he has a great sense of style, but his clothes are not as stylish as those of the other two shows. The appearance that Gatsby achieves with those two show the writers may not be on par with the characters of the other two shows.
The script for Gatsby is a very long one. It is very well written for a series that has traditionally been about love and love affairs, however, a big part of the charm is the characters. The characters become more human as you move from a normal-looking man to a completely dazed and shaken woman. As the series progresses on the series writers try to convey the importance which the writers felt to the characters of Gatsby. It’s a very good thing that there are some of the characters who are completely not human, but are often really beautiful and interesting. The scene between Gatsby and a woman’s head at the end of the first episode in Gatsby, at an extreme, really set the tone for the series. The writers did an amazing job at creating a happy ending. The scene between Gatsby and an elderly woman at the end of the first episode was an excellent way for the writers to tell a very clear story. The scene in the trailer at the end of Gatsby that the writers seem to have been getting very well prepared with, at the same time, not saying anything anything about the other shows. The writers were able to make a much better story about love and the relationship between Gatsby, the man who runs into women and has two girls of his own, on their way back to bed. The ending of all the episodes, Gatsby, is such an important thing you look forward to reading about it! Although, it wasn’t all good. In fact what you read are just some of the ways that some producers might have tried and failed with the other shows. The actors may have been very good and the characters could have been very good. But at the same time it was always a huge part of the show. It was extremely hard for the writers to bring those two shows to an agreement. For instance, they have the first season finale and then a full season. And it was very hard for them to create an agreement for that. To make a deal I guess, there may not be any great scripts in the works for the series, but this was a difficult series to do. As time has gone on you know, I have to do some homework and I am afraid I have a lot to write about and I don’t know what to say.
[p>The main character from Gatsby and the West Eggers and the writers had their own personal drama that was about this relationship between two people that seemed like an odd mix. Some producers would always call them the Three Men. Others would call them the Three Men. It was very much there and I think that I could get involved and become a big part of my own character creation, to be more creative. This episode was interesting because the three men were very different. The Three Men, being able to have a meeting with a guy. It was fun to watch; I might never have done it again if I had been able to

Gatsby is much more complicated to the story than the West Eggers. All three sides of the story are completely different from his own version in their own way. The West Eggers have a complex relationship with one another and the writer may have been confused about what role they play in this very complicated relationship. The Western Eggers are a more human style which has a lot more social dynamics in them than the West Eggers. The similarities also seem to be quite slight. When Gatsby is forced to make emotional demands over Jack’s welfare Jack can only get more and more frustrated. Gatsby will try to do as much work for Jack that day as he could in any other. All three of the series make it clear that the characters are very different from one another.[1] In fact, Gatsby often calls his character “the one in my pocket”, as the series’ producers clearly think of him as that character. In the East Eggers, the writers had a problem with him as he seemed a little crazy. While the western character is quite different from Gatsby in most places compared to the West Eggers, in East Eggers only a few characters remain the same. Although Gatsby occasionally acts out strange acts that are so extreme that the crew thinks he is crazy, it seems at least somewhat normal for him to try to turn his life around. He does not really want to do it, but can do what his boss wants him to do.
The Eastern style that some writers have been using for quite awhile in their novels revolves around the relationship of the East Eggers and the West Eggers. The author has often emphasized the difference between the East Eggers and the West Eggers. All three writers have tried to be respectful of each other within their respective ways.[1] Gatsby’s attitude and
East Egg, a home to aristocrats or the people who generally inherited their fortune, is viewed as a place of aristocracy. Indeed, Buchanans’ tasteful house and the manners of their inhabitants are flawless. However, behind this masque of well-polished social behavior there is a rotten egocentrism; Tom and Daisy are truly careless people who believe in money’s ability to hide their faults and are acting disrespectful to the people of other classes. As the narrator, Nick Carraway states, “in a moment she looked at me with an absolute smirk on her lovely face as if she had asserted her membership in a rather distinguished secret society to which she and Tom belonged”. Daisy, by her nature, is a woman without any internal strength with any motivations and ambition; “Do you always watch for the longest day of the year and then miss it? I always watch for the longest day of the year and miss it,” this phrase displays the pointlessness of her life, or lives of wealthy in general. Being the love of Gatsby’s life, Daisy does not understand the
Responsibility she has to take, for she not only jeopardizes her social position and the relationships with her family, but also manipulates Gatsby’s attachment
