Abstract
In this paper there will be a comparison of tracing the lives between Jesus and Mohammed for historical purposes, comparing the impact of their death relating to their specific religion, how they were and are worshipped to this day, and how their messages are still carried out in the world as it is today. Christianity and Islam are a couple of the largest in population of churchgoers or even fellow parishioners.
Tracing the lives
With Jesus and Mohammed tracing their lives is easy; Jesus was born in 5 B. C. and Mohammed was born in 570 C. E. And Jesus died in the year sometime between 27 and 33 C. E. and Mohammed was in the year 632 C. E. Which translates that Jesus came before and died before the Great Prophet Mohammed.
This says a great deal to who and what kind of great leaders during the times that they lived. Regardless of when these leaders were on this world their voices speak volumes in terms of how people still follow the teaching of Jesus and Mohammed.
Jesus and Mohammed have fully made an impact on peoples lives back then or even now as people start to realize the great Prophet (Mohammed), and Jesus Christ have somewhat similar religions regarding the foundation.
Death
Jesus death still speaks volumes in many churches today, and the same with Mohammed. The only difference is that in Christianity (Jesus), people still praise and worship him and God almighty without having a reincarnation. But Jesus did rise again after three days. With Muslims (Islam (Mohammed)), they believe in reincarnation.
In Christianity (Jesus), the impact is one of great substance, meaning that followers of this religion are still going strong and more and more are reaching out for Jesus. There are different forms of Christianity (Jesus), ranging from Baptist, Brethren, Catholic, Lutheran, and many more. But still there is only one Bible in all the respective churches of Christianity.
Islam (Mohammed) also had a great impact on the followers of Islam. After his death there was a split of this Muslim religion. Since, Mohammed had died there was no one that could fill the Great Prophets shoes. Fights ended up breaking up this religion between the Shias and the Sunnis.
Jesus and Mohammed was/is Worshipped
During the time that Jesus was in this world, people worshipped him because of the great miracles that he performed. For instance, in the Bible it states many times that the worshippers would literally throw themselves at Jesus feet or praising him verbally. After reading the Bible personally, by the verse John 1:14 (Todays New International Version), The Word became flesh and made his dwelling among us. We have seen his glory, the glory of the one and only [Son], who came from the Father, full of grace and truth.
Mohammed is not worshipped today, but he is considered to be the last messenger for God. According to the Quran, Surah 5:75, Christ the son of Mary was no more than a messenger; many were the messengers that passed away before him. His mother was a woman of truth. They had both to eat their (daily) food. See how Allah doth make His signs clear to them; yet see in what ways they are deluded away from the truth! (¶8)
So as one can tell the Muslims (Mohammed), did believe in Jesus Christ. But, both Jesus and Mohammed greatly emphasized the fact of spreading the word of God or Allah. Straight from the beginning of the Bible there is an emphasis of spreading the word of God. And then in Muslim (Islam) they usually spread their
