Dear Mr.Tanaka,
We at Godzilla believe we have found a mutually beneficial business proposal. Your business students can pay for their education, gain valuable experience and ensure future employment with a growing company. The solution is clear. The students can work with us to establish this office, helping us to build a clientele, have a way to pay for their schooling and save lives all while building a future with our company.
Due to the 21% growth rate in sales the need for qualified business professionals has also increased. We offer opportunity to build a good relationship, tuition reimbursement up to $5,000 per year, free seminars, moving reimbursement, travel opportunities, as well as health insurance and a 401 K plan.
Thank you for giving us this opportunity to present our proposal to partner with the University. I look forward to our first meeting which I hope will be just the first of many joint ventures.

Introduction
Godzilla Warning Detectors is offering Tokyo University a unique opportunity in partnering with us to save lives while offering your business students an opportunity to get in on the opening of our new office in June, 2011. This will not only give them valuable experience it will help them pay for school and help to save lives.
The purpose of the proposal is to introduce not only our company but also the mutual opportunities and benefits this joint partnership. We have analyzed the market growth for the last five years. The growth rate is per Million at 21% as represented in Figure 1.

This upward trend has continued despite the present economic condition. This growth has led to a demand for new branch offices globally. We plan to open 5 new offices per year for the next 5 years. These offices will maintain a minimum staff of 20 employees per office. This means 100 new employees per year. By partnering with the University of Tokyos School of Business we would like to make The Tokyo Branch our training facility from which all promotions will be made. This will establish consistency in business procedures and enable us to grow.
