Saddam Hussein should have been pulled out of Iraq after the Gulf War. There are many reasons for this. He supported terrorist in his country which has effected our country in various ways. Also because of all the problems that United States are having in Iraq right know in the Middle East are tied to Hussein. Another reason is that the way that he treated his people is his country was wrong.

Saddam has sheltered many terrorist groups such as Mujahedin-e-Khalq Organization, which has used terrorist violence against Iran and in the 1970s was responsible for killing several U.S. military personnel and U.S. civilians. International terrorist organization that has carried out terrorist attacks in twenty countries, killed or injured almost 900 people. Targets have included the United States and several other Western nations. Each of these groups have offices in Baghdad and receive training, logistical assistance, and financial aid from the government of Iraq.
In April 2002, Saddam Hussein funding increased from $10,000 to $25,000 this money was offered to families of Palestinian suicide/homicide bombers. The rules for rewarding suicide/homicide bombers are strict and insist that only someone who blew himself up with a belt of explosives received the full payment. Payments were made on a strict scale, with different amounts for wounds, disablement, death as a “martyr” and $25,000 for a suicide bomber. Since Saddam was not pulled out of Iraq after the Gulf War the United States has had some serious problems with Iraq. Since we entered the war in 2003 many United States military men and woman have been killed and injured. We have also spent a lot of money in the Iraq War. If Saddam had been taken out of Iraq we would never had to enter the war that we are currently in. “There have been 2404 deaths confirmed from this war” (en.wikipedia..com/wiki/Saddam 2006). That number will be much higher at the end of it. We have spent $277,965,000,000 and counting in this war. This war, caused by Saddam, has also made the presidents popularity decrease.
