“Our people are our most important asset” is a phrase often seen in an organizations human resources brochure. Hancock Manufacturing believes that achieving workforce excellence is the most important goal of our human resources team. We the advancement technology, we are able to develop programs to help improve productivity, effectiveness, and efficiency within the organization. Employees with the right skills, abilities, knowledge, and good ethical values can affect the organization. Our employees are the key to the organizations success by helping to achieve goals, and allowing the organization to expand to other areas of the world through globalization. Most importantly, we have a strong standing on our organizations ethical values. Our ethical values are honesty, integrity, teamwork, pride, and quality service. We provide benefit programs for full and part-time employees such as health insurance, dental insurance, life insurance, and pension plans. Our goal is to maintain and motivate our employees by following employment laws through equal employment opportunities.
The convergence of technologies such as social media and mobility, cloud computing, and analytics has created unprecedented challenges as well as great opportunities for our employees.
