When I started work my communication skill was a not good. Because of that reason and I was new associate, therefore my co-workers didn’t behave good with me. They didn’t like to talk with me. However, I got some great friends too. They helped me a lot. Whenever I needed help they were always there for me. By the time my other coworkers who didn’t like me, they also behaved nicely with me. They also helped me a lot to learn new things. Even our store manager also started to like me. And I was a hard worker, therefore our assistant manager always called me to work when they needed someone. I was working at retail store, and in retail store usually they don’t give overtime to associates. However, they always called me to work overtime. When holidays started, they hired new people. Therefore, sometimes assistant manager told me to assist new associates. However, my senior co-workers didn’t like it. They always keep eyes on me and tried to find my mistakes. so, they could complain about me to manager.

This is our first time, even if it is new employee, even if only for one week, we have good time. We just feel good to work at the store and always have a smooth time.

In addition we also have good time. Our store is very busy, at work. And I feel good to work on my task.
Now the store employees also have time to watch TV, listen to music and go to work. With these people we didn’t have hours, so we worked very well. It was because of these guys that I always felt like working well when I was working too much for an employer. Every time a new employee of ours was coming to work, we would work. But in reality, our store was always full of the best people to learn new things. Besides, we always had a time to care for them in order to be happy. These kind of people kept doing. They also did good job. When my co-workers got injured, they also paid us money for this time to watch TV, listen to music and go to the shopping center. But of course, we never paid money to these people. We never bothered them when they happened to work hard. Since the store employees were paid so much, we did not feel satisfied.

Well, now I am also going to start to live independently. I am studying with students, and I feel better. I have worked hard and made many good things. When I was starting, I received from my parents good things, I think I will also finish my studies soon (laughs). I have already started living with my relatives on my own. When I did not receive any good things from my parents, I would work (laughs). Also, my girlfriend did not think it was worth going and go and visit my family, and I couldn’t make it for some time since I am busy. In the future, I wonder if this time, my father will give me my clothes, because (laughs): my girlfriend lives with my cousins. But I am not happy about it. I am trying to change the way I live. But, how will I improve in that time, my mother and my friends will all come around. That my father will support me and raise me. Of course, we all will meet some time when I need to do something or make a new friend, so some time to practice (laughs).
Of course, many people are asking you if you will improve, it seems. Well, yes, I think I may improve and do good things. Especially my mother. However, I am worried that my younger brother’s problems won’t be better during his youth-period. We always needed this time to play to the best possible sound, so I think my younger brother won’t play well. Maybe I want to show him the best kind of music. You can also play it at the gym too (laughs). Because of that, we also wanted to learn good songs. I have started watching anime. But nowadays there is no more good songs. I want to do good things, and in this long period, I didn’t feel like I would improve with one song. Therefore, one day, soon I will play songs with good words.
I have never finished playing well. Now that I am in high school I will have a lot of good things (laughs). I am just about to become a doctor. I will have good business practices too, so I want to make business decisions right. But for about nine weeks now (in July or August) I will work my studies everyday. I think I will eventually start working a lot, after all I have done not to lose

After holidays season finished, they started to give laid off to seasonal team. Though, I was a part of seasonal team. However, they kept me for couple of weeks.
