It is my belief that my company should consider this policy because it will serve as a means to improve the health of the employees in as well as improve their productivity in the workplace. Having an active wellness plan in the workplace has many advantages. It can boost morale and increase productivity, allow employees to improve their physical fitness and health.
Employee morale has a great impact on any organization’s productivity and quality of work. In certain businesses, low morale can cause companies to lose revenue due to this issue. Employees want to sense being valued by their employer, without noticing an employee’s commitment to doing their job well, motivation diminishes.
Some companies order lunch as a convenience for employees because of traffic in the area during lunch hours, this allows employees to not only have an opportunity to eat but allows frustration levels to remain at bay because they did not go out for lunch and had to worry about beating the clock to be back to work on time. It is also a good way to bring employees together; on busy days, it may be difficult for employees to leave the premises, especially exempt employees. Hungry employees become disgruntled employees and production will go lacking.
Feeding employees is also a way to motivate employees, they will see that you, the employer care about them and it also helps them to be excited about coming to work. One study showed that it increased employee morale. Companies that provided meals had higher employee satisfaction ratings. Providing meals also allows for stronger connections between employees. When you have employees from different departments sit down and enjoy meals together often, this helps them to form stronger, more positive connections with each other. Intercompany networking can help foster creativity and may lead to positive outcomes for the organization (Gunderson, 2016). As mentioned previously, a happy worker is more productive. Instead of being in a long line waiting for food, employees can talk about business with their coworkers over a healthy meal.

So when the employees get involved in a conflict, those workers are more productive and their efforts have a higher correlation than when they don’t. Some workers that were involved in a conflict can get in trouble with others or have other conflicts too. So when you are working on an international site with different people, there are benefits, particularly when you want to keep up with work events. When working with people who are interested in business and working out, that is a good thing because when you are working with other individuals and having a great time working with them, then you see the need to help. Also, when you work in the area of a business, especially in different aspects, your team can be more flexible and productive.

The best way to accomplish this is through giving them an opportunity to express something they have already discussed or to have a work agenda that they can share with you where you can push that work, so that you stay ahead of the game and help them achieve their goals as they become involved. Here are three tips that should inspire you to work on the project for the team.

This will enable the team to see just how important it is to keep going and make sure everyone can succeed.
