It is very important for people to stay healthy in all six aspects of health. They need to focus on their social, mental, environmental, physical, spiritual, and emotional health, and incorporate all of them to stay totally healthy. Physically people need to eat right, stay in shape by exercising, and maintain a healthy body weight. Emotionally people need to express their emotions in a safe way. This can be done by lifting weights to relieve anger or just to make u feel better. You can also socialize and talk with family or friends, or you could listen to music to relax. To stay socially healthy one needs to talk with friends, and the computer is a great way of doing this. You could also hang out and eat dinner with a bunch of friends, or you could be sentiment with a loved one of the opposite sex. To stay mentally healthy you could listen to music, this can be very stimulating and good for the brain, just like reading can. To prevent going crazy if you have a mental disorder like A.D.H.D. you could chew gum to stay focused and stay mentally healthy. Spiritual health is also important, and to stay spiritually healthy you could listen to music again. It is very soothing and can calm you down; it seems to be a very useful tool to stay healthy. You could also meditate or stay faithful in a religion to keep you spiritually in touch and healthy. Last but not least, to stay environmentally healthy, we should drive less to allow less pollution to the air. We should also try to keep our waters clean, and smoking is bad for the air and people around you, not to mention yourself, so no more smoking. These are many ways to stay healthy, but as long as u work on all six components of the wheel, you will live a healthy life.
