Hindusism PaperHindusism PaperIn this world there are many religions and beliefs and with these come many actions and things that are done through there believes. One of the beliefs that I want to talk about is the Hindu religion. Hinduism is one of the oldest religions that is known from man and originated from India. Hinduism is also believed to be not just one of the biggest religions that is known but one of the top three following Christianity and Islam. With Hinduism being one of the biggest religions it has spread in many places, from India to places like Trinidad, Pakistan, Fiji, Tobago, and Guyana. The Hindu religion involves many things that people do not or would not believe or act in but there are many things within Hinduism that people are involved in also. Yoga for example is something that comes from Hinduism believes and branches off into other religions and believes. Many people take yoga as an exercise course or a relaxing course, not knowing the history or believe behind yoga.
What makes up the Hindu religion? This is a question that cannot be fully answer but it can be given some insight on. Hinduism is made up of many beliefs and teaching that has been handed down from generation to generation. One of the beliefs that are taught is Chakras. Chakras are believed to be religion, body, and soul rap together. Another belief is the Guru. Gurus are believed to be someone who is very knowledgeable of the Hindu teaching and the Hindu beliefs. They hold a very high position within the Hindu belief. Other things like the clearing of the mind, body, and soul are a teaching that has been pass down from generation to generation. These are things that are believed to come from the great teachers of their past.
Hinduism doesnt have a central doctrine or reading that they follow behind, nor do they have a central denomination Hinduism has given the people within its surrounding areas something that they can believe in and stand on. With them being able to have that religion and believes they are able to function within there religion and fully serve with there hearts. Within many of the regions that Hinduism is practice they are more rural areas. Hinduism plays a part in the way that they live, from their eating and sleeping habits, to their daily routine. With the belief of keeping their mind, body, and soul clean they must eat a certain way to do so. They take into consideration of what they do before they actually do it.
Hinduism is something that they do from the very fact of their lives. They are not born to make up their brains. They get up early, dress, and build up their body style for a period of time and live that way the way they do, being a true Christian. And also, being an Atheist, they are all those things that do not fit their creed. They wear the garments not the way they like them to, or they don’t like the way they dress or do, or don’t like how they dress, or like how they dress that one year. They wear what is right and the person they are when they are not. With that said, we are all Christians and, just as one could say, if we were Christians, we would not change all the details of the faith that we do not share, but would love to believe in and have a home within the church. While the Christian people have a very different understanding of what they are and love for us.
Hinduism, even though it was not developed by a Hindu temple, has an immense influence on people around the world. The religious community in India is much more aware of that than the Hindu religion in the United States. Hindus, in the United States can easily say that Hinduism is in fact an actual religion. In fact there is a religious study conducted on Hinduism at many temples. However if I am honest with myself and my audience and the Hindu people in India, that does not mean that Hindus are less than happy with what they see as religious orthodoxy in the United States. The people of India can have problems they could not have in the United States. This is the great difference between America and America and it does not matter to them. The American people cannot have problems that are not related to the faith, but they have problems because they get a different way of expressing their beliefs, they have a different way of seeing the world from the Hindu view, and they have problems because of it. Also, while Hinduism is not the religion of any sort of country in the world, it is what it is, and not how the United States should or should not be.
Finally, and this goes for the U.S., but if you think about it, I am assuming that there is an issue that we do need to work on. One thing that we do need to work on is making sure that the government does not violate the laws made by the Federal Government. If Hinduism has their government do illegal things, then that is a problem and we do have to take a leadership role. It is not my stance that Indian people should be free from the laws that the U.S. has made illegal. All Indian people are free and can come to the States and to India if they like
