Upcoming Training Session
We sent out a meme last week in regards to the upcoming training session. This is a follow up to ensure that everyone is up to date and informed with the latest details. The hotel arrangements, meeting room, meal preparations have all been arranged as well as expenses for mileage reimbursement, and air fare for those who have to travel.
We do have a couple changes to report. We have had an increase in the number of management personnel attending the training session, so we have had to increase to number of necessary training personnel. We started with 5 trainers, and 10 personnel, and have since been increased to 20 personnel, and 10 trainers. This doubles our allotted budget for the hotel, as well as travel and payroll to $28,200.00. We also have to double our hardware costs to $80,000.00, which puts our total budget at $108,000.00.
