The Human Resources Department Is an Important Function Within an OrganizationThe human resources department is an important function within an organization the ability to attract and keep a vibrant workforce vital, which is the key to the success of the organization. Just as vital is attracting the best candidates for the job and keep the workforce strong, to do this the organization must attract best talent to accomplish its goals and mission. Employees the organization hires can make or break the business, so to attract the best candidates companies must evaluate their staffing needs. To accomplish this task the company must begin by doing a job analysis to determine what are the requirements needed for the job. This is part of human resources function to analyze the position and develop a description for the job and determine what level of experience and education the position requires.
