The area is called “Dudh-Ganga”, as the name goes, a vast source and market for milk. Almost of the population here and nearby being farmers, the collection of raw milk is tremendous and what is to be done is to process it in a genuine, hygienic, well-maintained and sophisticated plant and then to sell out milk and milk products at consumer affordable prices.
We are starting a partnership business where in we will be producing and selling milk and milk products. The milk products include curd, butter, buttermilk, lassi, shrikhand, amrakhand, chocolate khand, Paneer. Our area of market for the milk and milk products will be from Far East of the state of Maharashtra from Miraj to Kolhapur and a stretch towards Pune.
