Abstract
Humans rely on marine platforms operating in the marine, offshore drilling is carried out, production and other activities at sea necessary tools and equipment. Due to the complex marine environment, will affect all aspects of offshore platforms, so the need for offshore platforms for long-term site monitoring, which will generate a large amount of monitoring data , monitoring of offshore platforms research focus lies in the analysis of these monitoring data extracted from one of the relevant information. Offshore platform large number of monitoring data, and many data relationships, coupled with the geographical location of the particularity of offshore platforms, the traditional way of data transmission is difficult to monitor data transmission back to offshore platforms terrestrial monitoring data centers. So how accurate, safe and efficient transmission of monitoring data has become a key issue to monitor marine research platform.
In this paper, the design and development of the offshore platform monitoring data transmission system, the data transmission system for the transmission of all relevant monitoring data and ocean monitoring platform to provide users with data transfer services through the establishment of data transmission scheme. The system has taken on e-mail, the data is sent back as an attachment to the land monitoring data center, both to ensure that data can be efficiently transmitted when the signal is good, while achieving the security and integrity of data transmission.
