Besides skipping the early meal keeps our body in the stressful state of fasting for longer, which can disrupt your metabolism considerably and energy levels also drop. Starting your day without breakfast is just like going to office in your car without having any gas in it. Â Â After knowing the importance of breakfast, you may be wondering what we are supposed to eat for breakfast.Choose the breakfast foods with contain more nutritional diet such as rich in whole grains, fiber, higher in nutrients, protein, vitamins and minerals, while low in added sugar. A good breakfast fuels you up and gets you ready for the day.To summarize, people who eat breakfast, have more energy, and remain healthier and active throughout the day. This is the reason, elders say “Breakfast like a king, lunch like a prince and dine like a pauper.” Â So always make time for breakfast.
