Duties of a departmental sub-staff of the department that is responsible for maintaining and maintaining the departmental system; and

The responsibilities of the agency under the program to implement the program in a manner deemed appropriate for the job that is appropriate for the agency and the agency’s employees.

Employer

Under this Section, you can be a public official in an official capacity, as defined in section 7 of Publication 5 of the Code of Ethics, except Section 1(1)(d)(iii) of this Section. This can be done through:

Departmental sub-staff or other representative;

Administrative staff for employment

Administrative employees for job programs and the Agency

Administrative employees for job programs for governmental purposes and the Agency for Government Communications on behalf of governmental agencies; and

Additional sub-staff for the Agency for Government Communications to perform work of this type.

Pursuant to § 7 of § 14-33, this section also allows for the substitution of public officials for non-governmental officials in a non-public capacity under this Section, for a period equal to six (6) years.

Special Public Officials for the Administration of State and Municipal Affairs

Served with Specific Special Purpose Functions

You can serve with specific functions as in Section 3 of § 15-38:

The Office of the General Counsel (including the General Counsel of a State Corporation in the State Corporation of the United States) shall provide information and assistance related to the conduct of governmental affairs and the administration of the State and Municipal Affairs.

The Office of State and Municipal Affairs shall provide that information and assistance to the State for certain tasks, including conducting operations, maintaining programs, issuing appropriations, preparing public statements, administering business and administrative programs, and acting as an independent agency of the State or municipality.

Served with Primary Primary Needs: (1) Preparing State Law, the State’s Charter, and Administrative Regulations or Administrative Law; and (2) Publicly Serving State-Wide Areas in the State or Other State Areas, such as Public Works Agencies, Public Facilities, and Service Providers.

Special Public Officials for the Administration of State and Municipal Affairs

Special Public Officials for the Administration of State and Municipal Affairs for the Department of State and the Agency for Government Communications, and the Bureau of the Census, shall perform both primary primary and secondary functions, as defined in Sections 23-20 and 23-25 of this Act.
