I’m sure we’d like a few other attributes, but that would be the most important one.” he Treats his employees as the best team partner is the important fact to the success of Virgin Empires. In his mind, he putting his staff at the first position, and then, the customers at the second position, and shareholders at the third position. So We can find that, he has the high quality of leadership. During his high quality, his staffers treat him like the friend-leader. Maybe, it is the important way of Branson’s leadership process for leading his Virgin Empires.
He uses an Innovative approach in his business. He has few board meeting. He has no regular business corporate office. He also does not know how to use computer. Moreover, Branson employs the brainstorm staff in order to collect more ideas. He is interests in encouraging his staffs’ ideas and trust his follower. His high qualities make his staffs trust him too. He crossed the Atlantic Ocean by boat and by hot air balloon, and he has the idea of space tourism.That reflect he owns the challenging quality.His main goal was how to lead his follower to achieve their dreams and overcomes the hardships in their works. He is not interesting in his gains. He has strong sense of encouragement, cooperation, team work, optimistic, leadership. During his personal approach in his business, he got the high honor.
Apex-Bounty
The new company, Apex-Bounty, created the famous game Bounty Hunter and went on to win over a million dollars in revenue. The company has the potential to attract the people who are passionate about the game and how to connect with the people who share their interests and knowledge. Their goal is to increase the value of the game. So what can they do to promote value in their works?
In order to achieve their goals, they should provide unique, personalized experiences to create a unique experience that brings value. There may be time limit, speciality and special requirements to the work, but they should offer unique opportunities to create unique unique experiences that bring value. This doesn’t mean that those working at Apex-Bounty, don’t want to share the experience. We are really looking forward to helping new people become more connected, they can become valuable and you can earn more by sharing the work!
– “It took several people from the previous company, and several members’ lives, to create Apex-Bounty, and the result was to create a company that brought value to the community.” [4] We had no way to have each person in the team, but we did learn how to bring in the most creative personalities around and from friends and family (at once) we learned to communicate with each other to build and share experiences.

When we made the decision to open Apex-Bounty, it is very important to acknowledge that their goal of raising enough money for all of our team members was not achievable. Because our goal was raised to 100,000, there have been no previous sales for anything other than a few thousand in our first business year, which is one of the biggest challenges of all. So with over 500,000 customers in our first year, Apex-Bounty did not look like a typical company. It was very much a brand name for an app to be launched after the very successful launch of AppBounty, which brought 100,000 downloads to the Play Store on an average basis, and only 1 day of downtime in the whole year from launch to launch. We could definitely get more success out of this and keep an eye out for more growth opportunities.
However, these are challenges we were faced with and we were very happy to start Apex-Bounty. We knew we had something new and unique to deliver. So we went ahead and built our own business. We did it in the company of many experienced entrepreneurs and experienced entrepreneurs.
