As innovation building company the winner of the Master Building Award for its designs, innovation and quality craftsmanship is known for its building service solution for its clients. The service offered by the company includes the concept sketching, planning and design offer according to the clients needs. As being the marketing manager of the company and representing the company in the upcoming Building and Home Improvement EXPO which is going to be held at the Exhibition centre next year so the promotional activities that are in place for the show is to promote the company service and the offers for the customer needs so that it can increase the sales of the company products and offer for the clients.
As we need to promote the products of the company have decided to promote the offer via media( internal and external) design show, internet.
Media: we are going to promote the products through the help of newspapers, electronic media, by advertising our products in leading newspapers, radio, T.V commercials, by hoardings and electronic boards in CBD, busy market places, airport.
Internet: by designing the company website so that the clients have easy navigation for the products on offer and also to design and see the price for the home they are looking for also by providing the quotes on the site for them to put information and get the quote for the design.
Design: it includes the display suits that the clients can have a feel at by coming at our shows for them to feel what they want and the cost price for that, by showings the building materials that are going to be used at the constructions. Also showing the sales sites of the building and renovating the design displays with the flags, panels, walls.leaflets. etc..
Public relations: activities will include the media release by supporting the local communities, outlining the achievements the company have achieved and also making the people aware of the green energy and its benefits on the environment and also the benefit for the atmosphere. Also organizing a marathon for the community welfare and also offering the prizes.
Budget: as planning these promotional offers the finance is the section that also needs to be considered, as the needs for the staff and the research that needs to be done and also the time frame in these constraints needs to be achieved. As our goal is achieve the benefits for the company and also to reach the maximum number of clients to increase the sales of the company.
