Organizational Strategy CaseEssay Preview: Organizational Strategy CaseReport this essayAs CEO, I questioned Patricia’s conclusion. While conducted investigations support her recommendation of empowered-team approach, her lack of approach varieties gave me a sense of overconfidence. I believe we should expand our scale of investigations to the entire industry to measure productivity and profitability. In addition, we should also conduct investigations on our workers to improve intrinsic motivation and extrinsic motivation. Patricia knew she is an expert of furniture manufacture. Although her strong primary knowledge gave her references to direct inquiries to find out the cause of our problem, her lacking of secondary knowledge, however, also lead to biased judgments. Since changing the production structure is a massive scale change that cost much money and time, her myopic individual perspective can consequently harm the factory if the change is unsuccessful toward the result. Being the CEO, I will recommend her to push her boundary by conducting deep investigations on areas that she is not familiar with to neutralize her prediction of perception. For example, inside investigation in factory to find the root cause of mistakes and slower productivity. Moreover, hire a consultant from Rady can help us only if outside views are provided to the factory. An open view is always helpful. I will further ask her to delivery a full report with relative base rate of recommended strategy throughout the industry instead of rivals to understand the relative true percentage of success rate by adopting her recommendation.
To persuade me, Patricia needs to perform a full-scale investigation on our productivity issue. I am not convinced by data extract from our rivals that might be a confirmation biased. I am interesting in comparisons between our company and the entire industry. I want to know if we can increase our workers’ intrinsic motivation by improving working environment or simply change our production structure. If there are extrinsic motivations like salary increase to motivate our workers, I want to know to what extend should we increase the salary level. In addition, if Patricia still insist on the empowered team structure, I want specific conclusion based on a complete report that relate to the level of improvement in motivations throughout the industry. Then, I will only make decision if the logic of skill will solve our problem. If information is hard to obtained, I will use logic of chance to make decision by regress the mean and observe carefully on variance of prediction.

I’m a computer science student at Arizona State University. While working on my master’s degree in engineering, I learned that computer science also encompasses a multitude of other field areas. My goal in my studies was to build a business that uses engineering to be a competitive advantage. Over the past year, I’ve worked as an analyst, business analyst for companies, and business and management consultant. For this work, I have covered a wide range of different IT opportunities in a variety of roles; from mobile sales to financial reporting. In my last research class, I asked a group of customers to fill out a survey about their needs and wants for the year. After that, I hired a full-time, two-person team to conduct a full range of training and develop training for our business, including our work with the Chinese National Reconnaissance Agency, as well as support on our projects with Japanese partners. I then began to investigate the role of my new business as a recruiter and a recruiter for our competitor, a high end electronics retailer based in Houston. As I began to understand the factors that affected my hiring process, I made decisions on whether to pursue more formal or informal representation before I began applying for employment. As I continued to examine the potential outcomes, I eventually felt more comfortable recommending that we follow my personal interests and practice our skills accordingly. The experience taught me that a good recruiter is usually someone who is interested in both a business and an environment of high value. As I grew up in the tech world, I quickly began to see that it wasn’t always clear who was making decisions. As a result, I began taking more responsibility. I was able to keep myself in line with the company’s values and best practices—in terms of my personal career experience—so I could use those in our recruitment process. As a company, we must always have an open mind about our work environment. As a business, we are always looking for ways to create a work place that satisfies our needs. Therefore, I was able to explore our opportunity and create opportunities that would help us excel on our end. I also began to appreciate that in the process of gaining professional training, we need to invest in our skills and take the time to learn how to build relationships with people from different fields with differing skillsets. By working closely with my peers, I was able to provide the best possible path to employment and the best possible support and education resources that my work environment and I needed. When you are a business, there is no shortage of opportunities at a great company. You do not have to know a language or city to have access to a successful work environment. However, many other companies just focus on other things–business, government, etc. So I’ve taken other leadership positions within our industry, starting with a single position within a company. With these decisions, I hope to give the organization and our employees a place to explore our work environments. Since taking up my leadership role in January, I’ve worked alongside numerous people and organizations that share the same goals. In addition, I also created an official website that shows our business data. In order to promote our corporate work environment, I’ve added all of the information, information, resources, and resources needed in order to present our company and its business to both employees and their communities. As I’ve learned in my business development work, I can not only offer my service but also serve as a kind of catalyst for further development in my company. As I continue to develop and refine my personal relationships with members of my organization, I hope to share with the entire organization my experience, the work they were doing, and the thoughts of their employees and
