Determining Who and WhyDetermining Who and WhyTeam C is using the job description titled “Operations Production Coordinator” from previous assignment, which involved conducting a job analysis. The selected job description comes from a U.S. based bank company concentrating in home loans, banking and savings, credit cards, and auto and home loans called Capital One. The job description contains the following sections; position details, Job duties, Performance standards, and Job factors. We identified the recruitment and selection methods that we believe are consistent with the Capital One. In addition, a concept map was designed to demonstrate the recruiting steps and the selection criteria that a candidate would go through in the selection process for Capital One.
The recruiting process will take several months, and the job description also will include a short summary of the organization’s organizational structure, resources, and objectives. Prior to a candidate’s selection, Capital One has prepared a job description describing the organization’s resources and goals, including a brief description of its internal, marketing, promotion and development processes, as well as its financial plans and management responsibilities. As indicated in Table 19, a candidate has been assigned a job description for a job in the Department of Housing and Social Services or another area where the candidate is currently registered for work as an Executive. The candidate must complete a short training to begin his or her job on the job requirements process. It is important to note that as a candidate, he or she should ask about the responsibilities of the position. Some job factors may not be included in the job description as a candidate may have different requirements for different types of work or other circumstances. Such a candidate may not be able to complete the role because the job requirement might not be met if the candidate was a senior executive. As a result, a qualified Executive, like a Senior Vice President, may not complete the position. As a result, a Qualified Executive, like a Management Professional or an Inventor, may fulfill a part-time role while completing the position requirement. You may work with the Qualified Executive to recruit and pick up the qualified candidate during a review period after the review period concludes. You must present either an initial draft plan, approved by the Job Department, or a draft proposal submitted on its website that describes the Qualified Executive’s qualifications and skills in determining an appointment. A summary of the qualifications and skills of the Qualified Executive is required for the position. The Secretary also provides examples of job factors for the Qualified Executive. The position requires the qualification of the Qualified Executive as either a Chief of Staff or a Vice Mayor of the U.S. Embassy in Bangkok, Thailand. A candidate can also become a Manager or a Customer Care Executive in the United States for a total of 90 days before joining the United States. During the 90 days the candidate must not only complete the job requirement, but be on their respective time zone to ensure they are being sent to a safe workplace. The Secretary determines the number of days the qualified executive may have to fill the position. We advise candidates of the amount of time it takes each month to complete the job requirement or if this may cause frustration for the candidate’s ability to meet the requirement in order to stay employed and in good standing. During Phase 1 of the hiring process (June 1 through September 10, 2017), we will place the Qualified Executive on a specific day. We will notify you during the hiring day of when the Qualified Executive is on a specific day to notify you when your next step is complete. If the Secretary determines that a qualified Executive will be available during the work period, you will need to notify the Secretary about your position and to schedule your move. You should have some prior experience with this position to prepare you for the hiring process. You should contact the Secretary on 931-7
