Job-order costing can be used for items like clothing, repair shops and hospitals. Process costing is used in the making of standardized goods through recurring business processes. An item thats considered through this method contains beverages, food, nails and screws. A lot of companies use job-order costing because of the numerous items that they make and the different industrialized procedures desirable for each item.
I think job-order costing because there a lot of different types of methods that it offers businesses and it also give you a lot of different prices that you can use as well. Job order posting also offers different types of prices and its very important as well.
