Today around the world, personality is discussed. Personality reflects a person really is on the inside and outside. One can determine a persons personality through expressions. An individual can seek to be successful in the varied areas of their life, and can be pin pointed to how well an individual is aware of them self. Whether one is meeting a person for the first time or on a job interview, personality is whats often identified. Which would explain how individuals acquire different personalities, people are unique in their own ways. This paper will define personality and address some key personality features that define the author.
Personality
There are many personality features that define me and a few of them are; dedicated, responsibility honesty, and courtesy, open-minded, loyalty, enthusiastic, self-reliant, patient, and courageous to name few. Dedicated -because I enjoyed what I do and it part of being responsibility. For example any where I have to be I am also on time I tried to do my best and my best come back to me. Many family and friends state that I have a giving heart and, have a tendency to lend a helping hand when needed. I can remember I have always been a caring individual. More so than being rewarded for caring, my satisfaction has come from just knowing I help another in need. Motivator is another personality that define me. Because of my personal struggles I understand the need to motivate others so they do not make the same mistakes I made. Motivation comes within a person sometime it not the paycheck but the love I have for people. When something is wrong, I am caring person that do not mind listen to people. For example I work as a CNA I love listen to elder not just because their wisdom, but how they made it through.
Concepts and construct
However,the key concepts that are used to explain your personality they are: spiritual dimension, ego forces, unconscious aspect, biological being, and cognitive dimension. Spiritual dimension is someone who ponders there meaning of existence in the world. An ego for is a sense of identity. Unconscious aspect is forces that are not in moment to moment awareness. Biological being is someone who has a unique genetic, physical, physiological, and temperamental nature. Cognitive dimension is thinking about and actively interpreting the world around you. I have found eight key concept have rebuild on each other to make my personality unique and to identify myself .
Personality Feature
The key personality features that define me I am a very responsible person, serious about almost everything. My work ethic is unsurpassed by my co-workers and family. Over the last three months I was on time without any call out or tardies I was reward just being outstanding leader. I believe my personality does change. However I am in a strange
