3 – My lawyer has informed the prosecutor:

Mr Park, in the past you have threatened me with an investigation if I leave the plane.

Do you understand to whom you posted that the investigation will be initiated?

Mr Park, I would not want to incur the wrath of the authorities.

You have already confessed to the crime involved in an accident. I, of course, will take responsibility if the authorities do not follow the law or prevent a serious incident.

The charges against you are:

1. Unlawful harassment and battery of an innocent person.

2. Unlawful obstruction of a civil case.

3. Attempting to prevent a serious traffic collision during my trial by physically obstructing a Civil case.

Mr Park, I will also pay you damages of a kind which will be used to satisfy the damages.

I had many good conversations before I was arrested regarding this incident, and I accepted your explanation. I apologize personally to my family, to the driver, the passenger, the captain, and to my friend, who have been arrested. Please read my apology carefully:

1. I appreciate the understanding among some of the lawyers there.

For one, my lawyer’s comments and actions are very wrong. The prosecution had already indicated that we would never have arrested me if I still walked without a bus, and thus they had not shown any evidence showing that I failed to follow a criminal law. Furthermore, they also said that this would result in the imprisonment of many Korean workers even before being detained. Therefore even if he has his own lawyer and I have an attorney the punishment will be that of imprisonment.

Mr Park, there is no law to arrest me. I have always been subject to the law and have never been held again unjustly. Now that I can show that they had not taken me into care, they want me to be released, which means that I should not have been there as a refugee who should have been deported.

I understand that you understand, and your legal representative, Kim Young-jin, agrees with me. We will both apologise on my behalf and we will then prepare a legal defence.

Thank you.

Mr Moon, thank you for opening my file.

4. In closing, I want to express some gratitude to Park for giving me the courage to speak out in order to speak out about
