It often calls rationale because it attempts to explain to audience why a researcher work is worth performing. In case for our researched we make our research based on few significant of study. Vitals result of this investigation could be highly significant and beneficial specifically to the following: Disabled people. These people are facing many inequalities in the labor market based on the disability. Now the employment situation of people with disabilities is more complicated because of elimination the job quotas in small and medium enterprises, where disabled employees usually worked. Since most disability is acquired during the life-course, rather than being present from birth or childhood, retaining people who acquire a disability in the workforce is also a strategy worth pursuing. Discrimination rates remain significantly higher for people with a disability than for people without a disability. This indicates that there is work to be done in terms of equality policy in targeting both work-related and service-related discrimination against people with a disability. That is why they need the discrimination of disabled person in work forces environment to be stop. Sexual orientation. Gay, lesbian, bisexual, transgender (GLBT) employees constitute one of the largest, but least studied minority groups in the workforce. Sexual orientation remains the –so-called “last acceptable and remaining prejudice”- in modern societies and organizations in comparison with other dimensions of diversity. Thus, gay, lesbian, bisexual, and transgender (hereafter, GLBT) employees continue to face a variety of challenges that range from being forced to remain closeted to actual job dismissal. Given the changing nature of workforce demographics, narrowing pool of qualified job candidates, and growing number of GLBT as employees, the way to prevent the discrimination of it very useful for GLBT.
