Their main objective is to provide exceptional customer service from their drivers and service offerings to enter the market and grow into a profitable organization. Landslide Limousine service will need a clearly identified training program with an evaluation plan to ensure the desired outcomes have been achieved from these training plans. Landslide Limousine service is venturing into a new market in Austin, Texas. The immediate need will be to establish a strong customer base by offering the most customer friendly environment resulting in substantial customer satisfaction results for marketing purposes and also for repeat business. The focus of the training needs to be around driving a strong customer centric organization while ensuring that all city and state laws are being followed. This training plan must include monthly, quarterly and annual training plans, with a plan to document and communicate all training requirements to the entire organization. The training plan must include measures for safety for employees and customers, driving skills, basic first aid skills, communication skills, emergency planning, a keen understanding of city and state driving laws and finally a strong understanding of customer service and clear communication.
