During this semester, I have been a frequent visitor of Tutor 24/7. Last semester I earned a B in my English Comp class and I have been getting help on my writing skills so that this semester I can be sure to walk away with an A. although I am a good writer, there is always room to improve. Since my tutoring, my writing skills have significantly improved and I am now writing A worthy papers. I plan on continuing tutoring to future improve my writing skills. By fall semester next semester, I plan to have stellar writing skills.The reason I am in this class is because I failed my biology class last semester. Biology is a memory based class and my memory is not very great. I failed my first exam and everything went downhill after that. I plan on retaking biology during the summer to recover my GPA and get my necessary credit. I never visited the tutoring center because I had a tough time with the idea of accepting help from someone and not being abler to figure things out on my own. During the summer, I plan to seek out help and pass the course.
Last semester I also had a problem with going to class. I would often miss class to sleep or to go hangout with friends. This semester I have attended all classes regularly and I do not miss without there being a significant reason or without contacting my professors to inform them. Next semester I will not miss a class and I will be prompt to all my classes. In college, attendance is key and you miss a lot of things if you are not there.
