Total Quality Management
List and describe the strategies that can be used to overcome resistance to change.
Communicate clearly and effectively. Communicate every detail required for action and in multiple directions. Follow up on the communication and get verbal and if possible, face-to-face acknowledgment. Effective communication is as important as the communication itself.
Create positive environment: create friendly environment in the office. So, that the employer will comfortable to doing their task. For an instance, offer recognition and appreciation.
Treat people with dignity and respect: Be aware of your role in upholding dignity and respect at work and make sure your own behaviour does not cause offence or misunderstanding.
Work with established leaders: work with professional leader can guide you to correct way. For an instance. Democratic Leaders give those under them a voice in the decision-making process, something that proves highly motivational to many. Leaders of this type allow their workers to vote formally or informally or otherwise voice their wants. Because workers under this type of leader are made to feel that they are valuable, they often view themselves as not just a cog in the wheel, but instead as an integral part to business success, likely making them more eager to do their best.
Provide a quid pro quo: Doing work/task to get something. For an example, Employer do additional task to get extra bonus/reward.
Encourage Trust: If you want to nurture a positive work environment then trust should be the foundation of your workspace. Never discuss an employee with another employee unless you are highlighting his or her accomplishments. Here’s something else to consider: Employees who know they can trust their supervisor or manager to be discreet will be loyal. More than likely, they will thrive in their environment as a result, too.
