Nonetheless, after reading this article I would think that Donald Trump assumes he is living in the classical era, who has charismatic traits, and manages rather then leads.
For example, in the era of classical leadership, leaders commanded, controlled, decided, and manipulated in order to get better results. The most effective for this type of leadership were those who can set structure in chaotic situations. As for Donald Trump this is exactly what he is giving to be seen. Trump only talks about the negative side of immigrants, but doesnât see the positive side that they bring to help better the country.
