In this literature review I will be discussing the thoughts, feelings, and arguments towards the legalization of marijuana. According to Nelson (2011) some argue that the legalization of marijuana in all states will decrease drug trafficker’s profits. In the state you can only buy up to an ounce of marijuana. Legalization of marijuana can also serve for medical purposes. It can be useful in relieving the pain of cancer patients or an individual that may be suffering from a serious illness. All of these are the positive outcomes of legalizing marijuana.
