Thanksgiving Fitness – Late Night Jog with Mom

We began the run at my house, exited through the gate and ran down stone Hill, all the way to the bottom. We than made a right at the bottom of the hill until we passed the Fast Break gas station. After passing the gas station we turned back and ran back the way we came. In total, according to the health tracker on my phone my mom and I ran 4.4 miles for what seemed like was just an hour.Swimming with Johnny 11/25Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Before entering the pool, I started off by getting my speedo on, than walking over to my pool. I waited for around five minutes until he came than we went into the pool tog ether. When we were in there we counted the length of the pool as a lap and did sixty of them for about forty five minutes until we were exhausted. Afterwards we just horsed around and played various pool games like Marco Polo for another forty-five minutes until we had to go home. The day and exercise activity was very fun and it left me very fatigued.
Treadmill & Elliptical 11/27The workout session began with me putting on my workout clothes and going to the gym. The first thing I did was go onto the treadmill and set a timer for thirty minutes. It surprisingly didn’t feel that long, but before I knew it the timer went off and I was done with that. I still felt as though I didn’t get a good enough work out so I moved onto the Elliptical, cranked up the difficulty and set another timer for thirty minutes. I hadn’t done it in a long time, so by the time I was done I felt as tired as a dog. When I was finished, I felt as though I was done with the day so I showered off and went home, and that was all for the day.
