The benefits of weight training include greater muscular strength, improved muscle and become stronger. Therefore, to the people who want to gain the strong muscle on the abdomen, gym is as fantastic as paradise where can make mens dreams come true. As for women, it has been proved that women in Taiwan are unable to accept the pear-shaped body which means that the hip measurement is greater than the bust measurement. The women of this body type tend to have a relatively larger rear, thicker thighs, and a smaller bosom. The ideal or preferred female body size and shape has varied over time and continues to vary among cultures, however, a preference for a small waist has remained fairly constant throughout history.
