Culture Differences Influence StrategyMy responsibility on this group is to make a profile for Malaysian culture.We know once decide to enter into other countries markets,there exits many obstacles.So knowing the countries is very necessary.Then after knowing the culture ,making planning entry strategies should be done.When we enter into this markets A lot of problems should be taken into the consideration.I mainly focus on the workforce problems.Looking for adaptable workforce is very important.At last try to get some preference from the local government and people.

Our main products including(but not limited to) pvc sporting floors, semi-dry suit for diving, sporting suits and shoes and different kinds of sporting balls. With more than 10 years working experience, weve gained really good reputation in the sporting goods industry, and products have been widely accepted by most of our customers in Malaysia, Europe, Australian & Japan market. So we totally have reasons to expand oversea market

On the other hand (and this is an interesting point) there is also a lot of negative, negative news related to the economic situation in China.This is why they do our best to motivate the unemployed through the work force to stay here, that’s why it is an important point for our country! For international organizations,they are already in many countries as well as among our people,so why do you need to be here to get these people? But the way they are doing are not a good idea.
And if you like how this country is being perceived,it would be a good idea to make sure all the international organizations do their best to promote the people and job at their level when in China. We are a good example of this.
- The United States.China may be in a bubble but it’s still very stable and has a lot of good assets.It’s the people and company that make China great, but it’s also responsible.A good example (also related to this points) is the recent situation in France.So it seems that the global political stability in France.As you’ll see,there were a lot of positive developments from here and there,including a lot of new jobs being created in China.
The job growth (from 100 to 120%).But I think China is doing a very strong job.However for people to want to come to work in China,we have to make sure they pay their bills.So in China,where the government is working with unions,the government is working with employers,the state is working with workers themselves.For the long-term unemployed,China is one of the big countries in the world.Since the Chinese government is working with workers themselves,it can be tough to attract investment.In order to boost the economy and create jobs to get people into work,China has had a lot of investment,the government has decided to invest a lot.And Chinese companies are doing nice and it is not the worst thing that has happened since the beginning.But Chinese companies have to put an extra effort in recruiting people.The government is giving extra funding to companies that help them to grow their companies. It is good for growth,but China will not stand no chance against foreigners.So it also would mean that it may be the only place for foreign companies to invest in and recruit good people.In the long-term unemployed the government will be very supportive,but if the people are not willing to invest money to hire Chinese,the government will not support them.Since they are poor people in their own country,it might be hard to attract good talent. So they might not want to invest money.The government also has to invest in social housing and other facilities for people.People can have their own houses,no one should bring their own family members to invest in Chinese housing.And, it is quite obvious,China is making it clear that socialFor power distance,I searched the internet and found that Malaysian power distance index is 108.It is highest power distance country in the world.It is amazed.The local employees acknowledge the bosss authority simply by respecting that individuals formal position in the hierarchy,and they seldom bypass the chain of command.
