Executive Summary
The M, Inc is a new business providing the full service distribution of scent products, especially in Perfume and Aftershave with the average and high-quality trends served mainly to the ladies and elegant consumers throughout EU as well as NAFTA areas.
NGUYEN VU DAN HUYEN is currently a founder and an owner of M, Inc, who always desires to build one of the most modern and professional distribution systems to different kinds of quality. With 10 years experiences in distribution and marketing strategy working in so many large companies such as Unilever, P&G, she hopes to create breakthroughs in this Scent Industry. At the moment, in order to guarantee the success and sustainable development we are looking for a great equity capital on our investment in the first quarter, and are seeking for amount of loans from a bank to balance our financial ratios through quarters.
As a distributor, the M, Inc is going to provide total four product lines in two areas EU and NAFTA, which belong to High-end and Middle Range segments. However, the Perfume in NAFTA (High-quality) and the Aftershave in EU (High-quality) will be our two main orientations. Therefore, our marketing strategy will focus more on the advertising and quality control budget. Our determination in these is to become a price leader, which could bring to us the as much profit as possible. With the two others, The M, Inc will concern seriously on price in order to create the most competitive prices in our market group as well as satisfy our customers. Besides, our sales program will be concentrate on building an appropriate salary and commission policy in order to save cost and organizing an effective sales team. We also make efforts to make relationships with numerous manufacturers, so that our firm can easily be active and flexible with different orders and the specific features of our products.
Like almost the new firms, we will be very careful with our financial aspect in the first period of business. We decide to have approximately $3.000.000 capital for in the first quarter with about 60% from the equity (shares) and 40% from the loans (bond and short-term loan). We intend to maintain this ratio quarter after quarters in order to make our business become stable and keep our investors more reliable on our decisions.
Sales projections of The M, Inc are estimated to begin at around $2.000.000 and might be reach at approximately $5.000.000 in the end of our business. The sales will change regularly due to the seasonality but the trend is predicted to be upward. The net profit after tax is projected at about $500.000 in quarter 1, year 1 and increase to nearly $1.300.000 by the end of year 2.

To have the high stock prices, the high NPV in top three firms of each quarter and pay dividend regularly at the time we start to have a stable profit.
To maintain a sustainable human resource with the experienced management team and the high quality sales representatives (at least 16 sales reps in the end of quarter 8)
