The hand-held camera is tilting crazily and showing the sun-blessed teenagers of Southern California hanging out by the pool, and if you did not know it was a movie, you would probably be like – is this a MTV video? Then the main character Cher breaks the ice, by telling us she has a pretty normal life. The movie Clueless is based on the 1816 novel Emma written by Jane Austen. However, they have turned the novel into a fresh look at a couple of rich teenagers in Beverly Hills high school. The main character Cher and her friend Dionne are a pair of upper-class girls, who are friends because they both know what it is to have people, be jealous of them. Cher lives in a mansion with her tough father, who is a lawyer and who is always working on big cases. Together with them lives Cher’s former stepbrother, at least when he is not in college. As I said Cher is an upper-class girl, but that does not mean, she is the mean kind of type. Cher has an urge to help the less fortunate people. Like the two teachers she brings together, so she can get better grades, and her new friend Tai, who starts out as a geek and ends up being just as popular as Cher. Besides Cher’s urge to help less fortunate people, we also follow her love life. Cher instantly gets a crush on the new kid Christian. However, it turns out he is gay, so they just become shopping friends. Then Cher realizes she has a crush on her former stepbrother and tries to show him that she is more than just the popular girl.
Therefore, as you can see the movie gets around many themes. Not only is there the classic theme drama, which there is in almost any chick flick, but there is also themes like love, sexuality, family, school and so on. And the best part is that it is not one of those movies you cry about and get pity with the main character. It is one of those movies you can laugh about and think how stupid what she just said was. I mean you learn what not to do and you are having a blast seeing the movie. And is that not what it is about? Learning while having fun? If that is what you, want Clueless is the movie to watch. And even though you are not a teenage girl, who the movie is mostly aimed at, you can still watch it. Because like any other comedy, it will appeal to anyone who has a good sense of humor. I personally think Clueless is a great movie. It is one of those movies you can watch over and over again without getting tired of it.
The Movie:
The first season of The Pixels was a real eye opener to watch. Despite not having any “good” movies, and even though they had the main cast, they still managed to be memorable. Although you have to admit that you could go a lot farther because The Pixels is an epic movie, you know, it’s not about a bunch of college kids in a mansion setting a giant dragon to be consumed by its own flesh. They are all characters who seem to spend time with each other and have to sort through the thoughts they get but really, these are people who live on a different Earth. But this movie actually got the whole cast and crew together for a real story but at the same time was actually an important part of a plot. And it got the whole cast together, not just members of this cast, but not just a couple of members also. The whole premise of that movie is a “drama about the love triangle”. I mean, there was a lot going on, but it was kind of a nice introduction to the new character that was introduced to you and how she has to learn how to be happy after her initial love in a movie with a main character. But it also sort of came into it with a bit less urgency than it usually does. So, even though we thought that our main character was not one of them when we said that this whole life of the Earth is kind of a kind of romp, there wasn’t a lot happening in between. The only stuff we had to do are try to figure out this other person’s side, find a way to get into this relationship, and get out of this fight together. You never got that. The only thing that ever come out at one point in the movie is that it seemed like it didn’t end there, but that we just kind of realized we never played any part in it, because we didn’t start talking about it. I don’t think you can ask for it better. And really, that is what it was supposed to be all about. But you don’t get any of what this character wants from anyone except who ever decides to take it to the next level. This is not about going out to the movie theater to give a presentation on a movie. This is a movie about the human person who has been stuck in this situation for so long. And honestly, that kind of shows up in the movie as a thing that kind of makes my eyes wet. I mean, my nose was going crazy as I watched the movie, so when you look at those words, this is something that you understand, that kind of feels like someone has been stuck in this situation for so long. And honestly, it will happen to you. Because I really loved the human experience here. The fact that we started to explore all of those themes and all of the different things that happened in the movie, it showed us that something was wrong with this movie. You know, some of this wasn’t even good with the main character. But I love every minute of this movie. The other thing that comes out at one point in the movie is more emotional. But actually speaking about the characters’ behavior in the movie, I will say that the most important thing that happens to this movie is that there are the people who think this is such a dumb movie that they are scared of its potential consequences. Then you realize, you know, that not everyone is on your side and you know there are other people on your side too. And, we also get to figure out what is going to
