From the research, I found that the main target customer can be grouped into the Gen X and Gen Y, being the first to grow up with computers in their homes. Specifically, people who is outdoorsy. Obsolutely. College students who use their cell phones for networking,  and businessman and business woman who is always busy with receiving phone call and do to have time to charge their phone are our target.Through a SWOT analysis I can identify necessary actions to a take in a marketing plan. Strengths: This product functions from a charge produced by a carbon-free fuel, solar power. This removal of the carbon emission creates a sustainable solution for charging USB compatible that is still eco-friendly. Weaknesses: Helios Kinect, just like all new technology products, there are weaknesses as well: one of the main problems and complaints being charging time. Opportunities: With consumers becoming more and more concerned with preserving the environment, they will be more willing to purchase a product that carries environmental benefits, especially one that lacks a carbon emission while still producing a charge. Threats: A major threat regarding the Helios Kinect is other companies selling similar product. For these threats we will come out with a newer, better version of the Helios Kinect. Because sustainability is valued so high in US society’s culture these days, innovators will dedicate their time to improve the original versions of the eco-friendly solar charger by improving its benefits and correcting its initial flaws.My company will be classified as an LLC, or limited liability company, because it is a tech company and being an LLC provides me limited risk, allows my multiple partners and unlimited life of the company. In US, there are many activities that give startup companies the chance to present to Angel Investors.The company can also connect in with several different Angel Networks which also do investments.
