As a country the majority of the United States has been out of shape for years now. One of the many ways to get into shape, or for the first time is to exercise. WebsterĂ²Ăââ˘s dictionary defines exercise as the use of limb for health, or practicing for training so in other words body movement. Here in the United States many business and big corporations are now giving their employeeĂ²Ăââ˘s athletic memberships for free or at a discounted price. Most people think this stragity is working slowly but surely. The other big thing the big business and corporations are doing is giving discounted healthcare prices. The goal here is to get more of their employeeĂ²Ăââ˘s healthier so that they can work better. In this way they will be in a healthy state of mind and body. There are a lot of people in the United States that think getting into shape is quite easy. Those same people are in shape. ItĂ²Ăââ˘s always easier to look from the outside in, but to look inside out is a different story. To put it in other words when youĂ²Ăââ˘re in shape everything is easier. ItĂ²Ăââ˘s the out of shape people who donĂ²Ăââ˘t know how to get out of the situation that theyĂ²Ăââ˘re in.
With that being said the majority of the United States think that the employerĂ²Ăââ˘s are off to a good start by offering this new service. When exercising one must know what to do to get in shape, as well as how to do those exercise. ItĂ²Ăââ˘s important to exercise correctly because serious injury could occur. After learning how to exercise you must then know how often to do the exercise. One of the biggest mistakes people make is they exercise to get in shape and then they stop the most important key here is to be consistent. With

doing this your body will become more healthier. ThatĂ²Ăââ˘s the movement part of the process the next part is to eat healthier.
Healthy Eating
Healthy eating is a prime source of physical fitness. When all the working out is done and your tired the next thing on your mind is eating. Look at it like this if your body was a car and your drove it for a while eventually you will run out of gas. In some cars you can only put in premium and in others cars they take unleaded. In this case healthy food is premium and unhealthy food is unleaded. Our bodies can only take so much unhealthy food before something goes wrong. The most important factors are to know what food to eat a well as when to eat the food. As Americans we have excess to all types of foods. ThatĂ²Ăââ˘s good food and non-good food. Some restaurants like McDonaldĂ²Ăââ˘s, ArbyĂ²Ăââ˘s. Burger King is known for non-healthy foods. Although restaurants like Subway and noodles and company are known for there healthy foods. However all restaurants are known for some type of food. We as a country thrive off of fast foods, which is the reason why most Americans are out of shape. Over the years Americans have stop cooking in their homes and instead starting eating out more often. This is because we want to save time, but in saving time we lost our healthiness.
