Ever since the years, the primary role of the male in the society has changed. There has been the diversification of the roles of the male in the current society. Man is not just the wholesome party that is charged with the responsibility of the provision of the basic necessities to the family. Family structures as evident from the research studies vary across cultures. A significant proportion of the roles that were the primary responsibilities of men have been delegated to most women. In the United States, for instance, most marriages are based on contracts. Upon the maturity of the contract, they tend to disengage the contractual agreement. Thus the roles that were being performed by the men in the 50s have changed and the roles have been significantly been delegated to the women.

Although in the early 1970s the social structure as a whole had changed throughout the world it remained very similar in the most basic terms to the society as a whole. For instance, although men were usually the primary leadership in society this was actually reversed when the male’s leadership and status came under attack.
The role of women was first developed as a form of political leadership. In the 1960s and 1970s this became a more personal character, especially in the United States. When the United States military were waging a counterinsurgency war in the 1980s and 1991s, there almost always had been a very good example of the role of women role-models. What was the American leadership doing, or not doing? Well, they didn’t do a lot of things for the American people for many years. That wasn’t the American leadership and they were not a leader for a long time. They were some sort of social figure. The United States Military continued to do everything it could in the Middle East and Asia. Even after the US military left in 1995 there was a lot of pressure to do more than just focus on the American people. They were trying even more to keep pace with international military power. After all, the US Navy came out with the “Battlestar” combatant in 1992. They had no other way to lead the American people outside of their leadership structures.
The role of women in the Western military did not change much. But in late 1990s when it was clear to all of the military leaders in America that they needed to take their leaders to task for their lack of leadership there was a new way forward. In the military there was something called the Female Force.
The Male Leadership in the Soviet Union was first born out of the Soviet military leadership and it developed into something quite different than traditional military leadership. The military leadership were not all that different from traditional military leaders. In terms of political and cultural leadership, there was a lot of female leadership. In the Soviet Union there were a lot of female leaders. In some respects, the Soviet leadership was very different from traditional military leadership. The male leaders in that organization had to be very, very skilled in the politics of their organization, they had to get used to the ideology of the leadership. So the female leadership, in terms of politics, seemed to be almost an obsolete role in the Soviet Union. Female leadership was what men were doing in various countries and places. I think both the United States Navy and US military tended to have quite large female leaders. I think the American leadership was at least in part influenced by the Soviet military leadership in the 1960s and 1970s in the course of that time. The United States government was very much influenced by these leaders and did not go to great lengths in trying to influence these leaders.

The most recent issue here, and probably the most widely distributed to the United States has been the female leadership and its role. Women are often called mothers and fathers. Mothers in the United States are actually considered the first ones who actually lead the kids of the children. They are responsible for the work and the children of such children. The idea of a mother as a leader in the home and their role was quite much different from what it was then. What the role of a fathers figure would actually be was more of a role for the kids than mothers and fathers would be in general. They were not a leader in their own home.

In cases of conflicts in the 50s, the male would have the final say in the event of a dispute resolution. The male involvement in the domestic events was only desired. Men were not actively involved in the domestic activities. However, as years progressively went by, their role in the involvement of the domestic related activities has significantly changed. On the scope of the changes in the workforce, there has been a change in the workforce composition with most of the job positions being open to members of both genders. In the 50s, there were some jobs that were primarily left just for men (Allen, 2011). Women were not allowed to be absorbed in some positions like the managerial positions. Diversification of roles has led to the advancement in the genders such that even women can handle some top managerial positions just like men do. Women were tasked with the handling of the housekeeping related tasks. They were the ones responsible for children bearing and they were to foresee the education of the children. The society today is not very rigid on who is to take the primary responsibilities of the child care. Anyone can handle the child care irrespective of the gender. Women have been given more legal rights to property ownership as opposed to the legal rights that they had before. In the 50s, women had no legal ownership to property but with the repealing of most of the constitutional provisions, women have achieved almost similar rights just as men.
