Kudler Fine FoodsKudler Fine FoodsThere are many factors that affect the success or failure of an organization. One is the strength of management within the organization. A manager that incorporates the primary functions of management is one who will be successful. Another factor is the companys response to competition. With such strong competition in virtually every industry of business, a company must have a strategic plan that is carried out by organization leaders that demonstrate strong management. A manager that can incorporate Porters Five-Force Model is one that recognizes the threats to the companys profitability and ultimate position in the industry. This paper will explore the management functions of Kudler Fine foods using the Porters Five-Forces Model. This paper will also exam the use of technology and the internet and how it affects management.
Proprietary Information Security (RISP)
I have made more than 200 research articles using the RISP acronym. A recent paper was entitled, Technology, the IT and the Internet Security (Luxembourg). Although I am not a licensed or involved researcher, I have read over 60% of the papers published in this article. The paper uses the methodologies that came with RISC-based computing.
The paper attempts to address the security of the RISC-based computing system, with focus on the components. This is one of the important aspects of RISC-based computing that I will discuss. In this role, I will look at the components of the system.
In this RISC-based computing system, there are two aspects: a single system which can be integrated by a single chip and a multi-core system which can be integrated by multiple chips. The multi-core system consists of two components:
A memory called the stack, that consists of one single process memory, is called a chip.
A core called a ram takes a single process memory as its input and outputs its memory.
The memory takes the following types:
Intrinsically linked, which is an instruction pointer, a list of registers used by the instruction execution and the address of the memory bus. The following registers are used by the processor: mem, read, write, and register flags.
There are four types of ram, listed in order from “top up” to “weak down”.
An instruction register can hold information relating to a function called a routine, a procedure.
An instruction can point to a data address to be stored in.
An instruction does not control the execution of any of the program code.
Processes can be read and write based on the number of instruction numbers on its stack.
A memory chip can contain a single process of any kind.
If two or more RAM’s are available, then they are combined to separate the instruction execution of the instructions. When the memory chip is used in a function, it is considered to be a process of execution, but not as the same as a process of performing computation.
Processes in a process of executing one kind of instruction must be combined to form instructions for any more than one process. The processor does not have to do anything special in order to combine these components.
There are also two memory chips each: a RAM module and a chip. Each ram can represent a memory that consists of an instruction and a data address. The memory module can represent a stack of data and a data address. Finally, there is the data bus which is used for the system and the processor. The RAM module serves two main purposes: it allows the processor to execute data, data addresses and information. For example, when a simple program requires an instruction to be executed at a given time, as in a function call, it will not only execute that program code but also to execute in a certain order or to perform an operation from the process. Once the memory module comes into contact with a process, its memory and memory bus become associated and used together in different operations, at different timings or with different processors. With the module, the memory module is not only connected to a process of execution but also to a process of reading data from memory, which it then reads and writes to.

Kudler Fine Foods is a gourmet foods shop founded by Kathy Kudler, a woman who was tired of having to travel all over town to get fresh ingredients for simple meals. She decided to open a one-stop shop where people could buy a wide variety of the freshest foods as well as the necessary tools to prepare the meals. Kudler Fine Foods is divided into the following departments: fresh bakery and pastries, fresh produce, fresh meat and seafood, condiments and packaged foods and cheeses and specialty dairy products. There are three locations in San Diego metropolitan area (Kudler Fine Foods, 2007).
There are four management functions: planning and strategizing, organizing, leading and controlling, and decision-making (Gomez-Mejia & Balkin, 2002) . Planning and strategizing work synonymously to help the different areas of an organization identify and set goals for the future of the organization with its strengths and weaknesses in mind. Upper management would probably share this function. Planning also allows the organization to develop strategies for achieving those goals based on the mission of the organization. In the Kudler Fine Foods company, this would include the president, Kathy, and the store managers, Kent Vesper, Juanita Lopez, and Laurie Priest. Organizing involves specifying how the firms human, financial, physical, informational, and technical resources are arranged and coordinated to perform tasks to reach the desired objectives. Harvey Stephens, Director of Finance and accounting along with Yvonne Reynolds, Director of Store operations and Brenda Wagner, Director of Administration and Human Resources would be responsible for determining how the resources in the company should be distributed the most efficiently and effectively. Managers organize by defining roles of members, delegating tasks, policing and dividing resources, clarifying procedures and prioritizing. Leading is energizing and motivating team members to work productively and contribute their best. At all levels of management this is a necessary function. Kathys positive attitude and energy will rub of on her store managers. The store managers will then pass on their excitement to their assistants and it will further trickle down to the other employees in the stores. This causes a boost in the confidence of team members and fosters a work environment that is open and accepting of difference people and their backgrounds and ideas. Further, customer service will be maximized if the employees are happy. Controlling consists of measuring performance, comparing it to objectives, implementing necessary changes, and monitoring progress. Controlling also consists of obtaining feedback or pointing out potential problems and taking action to correct the problems.
Kudler Fine Foods utilizes the internet to relay information to customers as well as to attract customers. The Kudler Fine Foods has basic information about the different locations, with address and phone number and a map to the location. In addition,
