They are able to perform their best to achieve these goals for themselves, and these achievements can also help the organization to achieve organizational goals and gain competitive advantages. From the aspect of management, it significantly decreases the boredom for employees and makes a good use of employees’ skills and abilities.Extrinsic motivation:Video item: Senior Recruitment Consultant Navi Dhanoa says “It’s a go-go-go environment and that’s what I thriving.” (0:44). This illustrates the Extrinsic Motivation concept “behavior that is performed to acquire material or social rewards or to avoid punishment” Which appears on page 217 chapter 8.This item relates to the management of the company as follows: employees are motivated by the company environment. Everyone is working hard to achieve their goals. Employees are able to convert pressures into power in order to arouse them to work harder to meet their outcomes. From the aspect of management, normally, there is a reward towards to their performance such as promotion or bonus pay. These rewards are key elements to arouse employees to work hard to meet the organizational goals
Prosocially Motivated Behavior:Video item: Rogers’ Youth Fund program and NTSD Customer Escalation Advisor Nakea Jarrett says “our presence within these communities every single year makes a huge difference” (2:14). This illustrates the Prosocially Motivated Behavior concept “behavior that is performed to benefit or help others” on page 218 chapter 8.This item relates to the management of the company as follows: nowadays, organizations are not only focus on its own business but also focus on the society. They help people in need to have a better life and this helps the organization to gain its reputation in the community. Moreover, from the aspect of the management, when workers have high prosocial motivation, also having high intrinsic motivation can be especially beneficial for job performance (page 218)
”I am aware that some people think that a good system of self-reliance and social engagement is good for businesspeople. This can be true only for persons of a certain age and that age group. However, I think there is some truth to this. I mean, one of the reasons why a young person gets laid is because of his or her ability to create high social attraction. At various times during my work, I can become quite a bit more comfortable in that way. (page 219 on) I believe it is probably the case that when that young person starts working with a different culture now and in the future, it will be better for the company. I understand that this can be a hard decision for a young person to make. However, it is worth noting that I do think that a lot of the work from my day were based on how well I got along with people. I could never have written the books. The way I was told to act and how I was given directions from my manager, could not have been a job for the young person. But, those aspects, had to come later. It also goes without saying that a lot of the jobs I did at the time are based on how good I was at my job and therefore, the people who worked there became very good friends. It’s something that I really don’t want people to get upset at because of how I looked at myself. (page 221) The positive aspect from my day was that a lot of my coworkers, like myself, had always cared about my well-being and my career and our careers and we used these things as a way of providing the organization with some help to get us to do our job. (page 222) This does make me feel more personally and socially better as a person. It also reminds me that I have other aspects as well. I am really doing what was needed on a big and important occasion to achieve a large social result. (page 223) It shows the importance of that being there and seeing other people as your equals. So now, I think that these people have become very good friends. It also shows the importance of being a good neighbor and a good friend and being a good person.

And, being in a group of people with high interpersonal skills can be quite a bit harder. But the more the person is treated in the workplace, and being a good person and being on a high profile team, can provide them the chance to take a greater level of social commitment.
