I will explain how managerial account will work like professionally and how its add value forms business.  Planning, Controlling, Decision making, and management evaluation are the main point when managerial accounting used in business, however, the decision making process play a significant role to make managerial thing works and there all add value can make better business operation. First of all, managerial accounting is an internal accounting that can help decision maker to use the financial report to achieve business objectives.  Managers can use managerial accounting information to plan, controlling, making decision and evaluation the organization. Besides, the managerial accounting information can prove the information to show the performance of management. But the information may only show additional information to help during evaluate. It does not cover all process. Planning can estimate like cash, inventory, labor, material, or the expenses and set goals to help business evaluate the financial situation. Whenever we got a plan, next step is controlling which is finding the best and worst part in the business and keep tracking both. Controlling is second important part because it’s direct effect on the decision-making process (how is managerial accounting used in business ownership, John). Decision-making process is most complicate and important thing during entire management process. Define problem is first at the first which we found in controlling, then identify what cause the problem. Sometimes there is complicated situation has more than one issue cause the problem, so analyze the possible option will be a consideration for next step. The manager should consider any possibility for the solution, and it includes potential ethics and spiritual ratification.
