2 TEASPOONS OF EDUCATION
Martin finished school early and entered Moorehouse College at the age of 15. He earned his Ph. D at Boston University in 1955. Dr. King taught a nonviolent approach to social change. He learned this from the teachings of Ghandi.

2 TABLESPOONS OF CIVIL RIGHTS MOVEMENT
In 1963 Dr. King organized demonstrations in Birmingham Alabama against segregation. The governor, George Wallace, allowed the police to use dogs and fire hoses against the peaceful demonstrators . President John Kennedy joined in the support of Dr. King and wrote laws that became the Civil Rights Act of 1964.

2 TABLESPOONS OF DREAM

MIX THOROUGHLY AND BAKE. WHEN COOL, FROST WITH THIS SPECIAL ICING;
I learned Dr. King was a great man because he helped black people and white people. I think his dream came true because white and black people go to the same schools. I think we should look on the inside of people and not the outside.
