In the matrix structure reporting is only under stream lead where as account manager must be the better judge of day to day performance of a resource. How does it work?

How was the skill matrix for resources maintained?
Resources might have been shared between accounts; how was the motivation factor taken care of?
Was there any structure for account specific profit sharing in terms of bonus etc? If yes, how was it maintained considering resources are shared across accounts?
Who was the escalation point? Account manager or stream lead?
How did the people react to the change? Both pre- & post-implementation what were the concerns of the people?
Was the communication about the change clear and precise? Was there any ambiguity or confusion in the minds of the resources?
How did the internal clients of SYSTEM reach to the change? Do they see any added value with the new model?
Does SYSTEM have standardized processes across all accounts now?
Has the new model brought any cultural change (Intimacy, Interactivity, Initiative etc.)? and is the change for the better?
