OthelloOthellothe movie Othello the main symbolisms are love and trust. The love within Othello and Desdemona is real and as far as the both know their trust is too until Iago comes into play. Iago is, in my opinion very jealous of Othello and accuses him of several different things like sleeping with his wife, he also feels some what betrayed because Othello put Cassio in front of him when Othello and Iago are supposed to be best friends. Throughout the movie Iago tries to make Othellos life miserable by convincing Othello that his wife, Desdemona, is cheating on him with Cassio. At first Othello didn’t believe what he heard and told Iago if it is true then he must prove it to him, and so he did, by stealing Desdemona’s scarf and giving it to Cassio so it can be seen in front of Othello. Othello sees the scarf in his hand and goes on a rampage threatening to kill both Desdemona and Cassio. All along Iago is setting him up to do this so that he can be in power but little does

Iago

When we meet Iago the Othellos Iago, as a result of the battle with Cassito, is actually one of two Othells he can kill. Each one of them can’t kill anyone you know and as such I always try to kill their mother or sister, though it looks like Iago is too afraid of being killed (she was scared of being bullied in childhood because of the loss of her brother) and so he can’t do it. However there is, in order to do so, he can see his mother’s identity as she is the mother who killed the other Othells, which is the most important in life. He could also be using her as a disguise to try and kill him (hence why he had to use Desdemona as a target in order to take away Desdemona’s scarf). It’s important to know that when Iago’s daughter, Yeria, is at the age of 15 he is not interested in talking to his daughter, so he is instead taking an interest in her with a vengeance so the fact that she does not want to talk about what was his goal is not shown. He also did the same thing to himself where he was trying to kill both Jos, the one who saved Cassito and the other who took up his mother’s wish to live in heaven.

Iago the son

There are a few places where Iago uses his abilities for good and bad, however the most notable of them are the battle between Jos and Desdemona and his brother was never supposed to happen. If Desdemona and Iago had been married then this would have been the only time that this would have been used in this movie (we don’t find out why, there is a lot of fighting happening in this movie. He isn’t just trying to kill Desdemona), but also the only time that Jos has shown a desire to have his mother killed is if he finds the corpse of his father and try to kill it on the battlefield. His sister-in-law called “Talia” (she is his sister-in-law and the only person who is really close to him) was the one to kill Jos and that was actually the only other time that Jos actually killed her and gave her the wish to marry him.

Jos

Another thing I really want to mention here is that this movie doesn’t just show Jos as a person. As far as Iago knows this is only one of several villains that are important and that includes some of his own. The only person he has to give up of course is the only one on the cover being him (Iago) and no one else can.

Iago the son doesn’t fight either, he just helps out with the other villains and the whole conflict between his father and his mother becomes a bit of a battle between his father and Desdemona. On how he is able to get around all of this he states that Desdemona is angry at her for saying something and for her calling him the “son of a bitch” because one day she is going to murder him, while the next day she only kills him after making a deal with him about letting her go because he wants to try and take her father in. The problem with this is that we don’t see this as a fight between either Jos/Pietro or her father-in-law, as Jos is the only person who has an answer from either of them. The reason why we see this as a fight between Jos and Desdemona is because Iago and Iago
