The treatment plan would be constructed based on the interview and assessment of the client. During the evaluation process, the case manager and client will work together to determine the problem and a plan. The treatment plan will consist on the diagnosis, a list of goals the client wants to achieve, and the services needed to achieve those goals.
Case DetailsLarry McCune is seeking help with a few problems that are interfering with him living a health and stable live. McCune was involved in a severe traffic accident at which his 4 year old daughter was killed (Summer, 2012). Since the accident, Mr. McCune experiences nightmares, headaches, and fears all modes of transportation. Mr. McCune has also developed a rather short temper with his co-workers so he hasn’t worked consistently. Mr. McCune’s marriage ended shortly after the accident and he doesn’t see his 9 year son as much as he would like (Summer, 2012). Mr. McCune deeply wants to get treatment for his problems so he can get back to work, be a better parent, and be social.

Mr. McCune has a high level of understanding of the legal issues and common sense skills that a skilled and knowledgeable attorney is required to assist with the legal and legal procedure involved in a lawsuit.
He is most comfortable in the legal area and is willing to discuss what is best for Mr. McCune.
As well, Mr. McCune is willing to agree to cooperate with the courts to assist with the defense or to assist others with the defense, particularly the accused. Mr. McCune is also interested in improving our legal system and understanding the principles on which the case is decided.
His understanding and knowledge of the issues, practices, and standard operating procedures he is required to provide to courts to assist them in determining the proper and appropriate course of action for a suit depends on his professional ability, a good understanding of the legal matters surrounding a lawsuit, and the fact that certain situations, including the use of excessive force and unjustified arrest, are highly charged and very quickly resolved for every case.

Mr. McCune attended the U.S. Army and was stationed in Hawaii. In early 2010, Mr. McCune became a lawyer specializing in litigation.
During his time in the army he worked as a full-time lawyer in a professional and family practice. He also served in the US Army National Guard and participated in military tours since 2004.
Mr. McCune has taught American law in several foreign countries and was stationed in Japan since 1997. He is well versed in both U.S. criminal law and international law, including international criminal law and International Criminal Court.
During his time in Japan, Mr. McCune studied and worked to increase his knowledge regarding personal injury law, international criminal law of war, international law and international law involving criminal offenses against peace treaty treaties, U.S. Supreme Court cases, and similar international criminal cases.
During his time in Japan, he attended the national court of Japan for the military. Mr. McCune was involved in case management and other defense contracting.
Mr. McCune was appointed as a member of the U.S. Special Operations Council in the spring 2009.

Details of the AssessmentThe interview and assessment process shows that the client is suffering from grieve, depression, and anxiety issues due to his daughter’s death and a direct result of the accident. Mr. McCune needs further medical evaluation for neurological issues that may be causing him sleepless nights, being irritable, and being fearful of all forms of transportation. Counseling and support groups would be beneficial to him. Interacting with other people with similar situations would help him with his grieve.
Treatment PlanThe client and case manager work together to prepare a treatment plan and finalized during the service meeting. While developing a treatment plan, the case manager individualize the plan to specifically address the client’s needs (Summer, 2012). Mr. McCune has decides the goals he feel needs work are mental health, family and medical. The case manager’s determination is that McCune needs a referral for medical treatment to narrow down His headache issues, a referral
