One day, Dick encounters a high class gentleman who tells his nephew that he is unable to tour him around the city that day. Taking his chance, Dick offers them instead to tour him around for a day since he knows the city well enough. First, both are skeptical of him, but sensing honesty in his face and voice, they gladly bring him into the hotel and clean him up. They also prepare Dick with decent clothes. Soon, Dick and Frank come to become good friends. When they depart, Frank advice him to have hope and one day he will become anyone he wants to be. Mr. Whitney, FrankЎЇs uncle, present Dick later with $5, and asks to later help boys like Dick after he becomes successful.
Lorenzo is seen running around in his father’s car, with the window of the car open as the boy runs down Fifth Avenue. When he turns around, Dick is a short man with a mustache and a yellow shirt. He wears a gold chain around his neck, which is held in his hands by a leather strap over his head. In this scene, Dick is wearing what looks like a hat underneath. Dick turns to the window and opens it, only to find the black car with the hood closed.
Dick finds a magazine of various news articles and photographs on his desk. The news articles depict him in a black, gold satin jacket, in a black and blue blue tie. He is wearing the red, blue, black and white striped shirt and white trousers. He is also wearing a black shirt and a white shirt with a pair of black jeans and black boots. He looks out the window at the street. Both the white and black car that he was talking about are the same cars he was talking about during the meeting.
After the meeting, Dick returns to America where, after he receives some money from him in exchange for his own security, he decides to move to New York. To his delight, his new city is much cleaner thanks to a new hotel which serves guests with very cheap rooms. He plans to build an ice skating rink near the city wall, along with another of his ice skating games. His dreams of moving back to North America have come true, however, as both the ice rink and the skating rink are located in his dream city of Chicago. After realizing he was looking forward to moving, he decides to make another trip to his future home.
At The White House, his mother tells John she has always wanted more to live in Chicago, and that if they stayed in New York, they could stay in New York and take a vacation together. However, it is shown later that Mrs. Roosevelt is the only one who says it’s impossible, making her the only one who thinks it is possible. Later, Henry mentions on a radio show he was doing well and that it’s only going to get worse for him, as it may be his best chance of ever getting a move. At Mrs. Roosevelt’s mansion, the other men in town think they can move things and even get off grid with them, but this is just an illusion to their point. The whole episode ends with Henry leaving his friends to work at the White House. He ends up at the mansion who is working as a waitress waiting for him. Before he walks out, Henry goes to the living room on the second floor and has dinner with the same people. He says goodbye to John, then the other men. When John and the other men enter, they realize they never truly had a shot at getting out of the Republican Party, until Henry leaves.
At the Democratic National Convention, Henry was briefly seen with some Republican leaders of the convention at the same time as the White House’s party chairmen. Unfortunately, when the DNC President, Howard Dean was not there, Henry decided to make a surprise visit to the DNC chairmen in a different way than before, leaving the convention with them as chairman of the DNC. It was decided during last week’s DNC convention that the vice chair position will actually be taken by Henry and the others. This idea was brought to the attention of Vice Chair Debbie Wasserman Schultz. She wanted to make sure
