The Connected WorldThe connected world   People are saying that the world is connect closely. We watch the same TV shows ,we listen the same music and we use the same brand products. The commercial promote the economic globalization. More and more multinational corporations and large chain stores are appeared in every country. These enterprises create wealth and jobs around the world. Their size and scale of operation enables them to offer lower average costs and prices for consumers.    The multinational corporations directly and indirectly help both the home country and the host country. For the host country, economic development increases due to the growth of multinational corporation . The multinational corporations create competition among domestic companies and enhance their competitiveness.  Meanwhile , they create employment opportunities to the people of home country both at home and abroad. They can also get the greatest benefit from all over the world. The most important thing is that they create work opportunities for the people both of the home country and host country.
Consumer can get benefit from the large chain stores and the multinational corporations. People take advantage of the lower cost of purchase. For instance, Wal-Mart, one of the most successful companies in the world, offer a wide range of products and the prices are irresistible. Even through the multinational corporations gives cities less identity, consumers could purchase services and products with which they familiar. Such as when visiting a country, it will be easy for you to identify that Starbucks can offer you something that you are familiar with . Further , the multinational corporations are care about their fame and brands , the quality of the products could be trusted and the service could be satisfied.
The importance of the corporate social system and the social and ethical code
You say that corporations are socially useful and ethical, but you’re a businessman and not a social worker. The social code means that, based on trust and the social code, you will have a good moral compass and be fair to other individuals.
So, you said that you are like the social worker, but what happened to your ethics?
You made a mistake and if that’s how you saw the ethical code, then it was your mistake and if that’s how you see them, then I’m sorry about that, I will do what I should do.
To you we say that the social code means that by going forward you should not be taking actions, such as leaving the organization, but you should be doing them safely, without causing any harm.
For those who wish to go further here. I feel that, a long time ago, we gave moral and ethical rules that all of us share and, by going further and putting it into practice, you are able to put them out there and help others.

It is just a matter of time. We ought to stop the world’s corruption and to make the international laws for human rights.
How can a society in so short a time work like a system of social rules and rules based on trust and compassion?
The social code means that we learn about our own values and we must work towards them. What are we doing? They are all very important. Do we even understand what are they?
For example, if there are any other people of goodwill who have an opinion for you there is no harm. It is just that with somebody who has not a majority (the majority of the population) there are some differences we cannot resolve. However these differences have to be worked out as the best they can be and not to be just based on our own perceptions of the environment.
I think we have to have some kind of framework to deal with people from different parts of humanity. It must not be used in a vacuum
