With ethnocentrism come racial discrimination, stereotypes, and even harsh actions. In the film “Crash”, characters of different background face the negative effects of ethnocentrism.
The main stereotype featured in the film was of blacks, whites, Hispanics, Asians and middle eastern. Our ethnocentrism causes us to immediately form opinions about those that differ from us. In the movie, the whites assumed that all blacks and Hispanics were untrustworthy and violent. This resulted in unnecessary violence. The whites asserted their superior authority by doing what they pleased to the other races. This was due to the corrupt society and how there was no attention addressed towards the minorities. Due to their ethnocentric beliefs, the assumed that people of the same race and class acted in the same manner, as well as believing that their race was superior.
In the film, blacks couldn’t do anything without being judged and stereotyped as being poor and dangerous. The white family and police officers didn’t trust the blacks and took advantage of their superiority. The Hispanics were also instantly judged by the white lady and Muslim man as an untrustworthy immigrant. The Chinese man was smuggling illegal immigrants from his country, which the blacks were going to sell. Everyone in the film made general assumptions about others solely because of their race. In the end, a black man was shot accidentally because the white man concluded that he was going to take out a gun. The Muslim man didn’t realize how wrong he was about the Hispanic man, which he didn’t know had a child and many responsibilities. The white woman realized she could only trust the one person she discriminated against most, the Spanish woman. Moreover, the black man finally stood up for what

I could understand the desire of all Spaniards to try and control black people through the “race war” in Spain.
But in my understanding, it was not only the “race war” in Spain that led the Blacks to seek refuge in America. In fact, as I explained before, Spain was also dominated by Blacks who were the ones who worked with the White working class. The same was true for blacks in a lot of parts of Northern and Southern Europe. The Spanish government took care of the problem by segregating the White working class from the rest of the country.
That is why it’s a bit silly to be worried about the impact of America’s policies on Blacks in America.
In the film, the white woman (Yvette Nicole Brown) must choose between being an intelligent, well-adjusted, professional and honest-to-God, as you know, or she is an incompetent human being who is totally out of step with American values. In the book, the protagonist asks, “What kind of person were you?” She answers, “Makes me sick to my stomach. I am so bad at math that I don’t even think math. I have no talent whatsoever because I am unable to read and write that way.”
The Mexican man is seen with many of their more intelligent men who are more intelligent than the majority and who actually seem to want to be superior.
I know all of this because while I wrote the book and wrote about my experiences with Mexicans in the past few years, the people who came to America were only the same. The people who came to America are the same for most of them. But I thought of many of them in the same way the Mexicans are for me. I wanted them to see the real story. The Mexicans were just a few of the blacks who arrived. And I also wanted more of them. I wanted the Mexicans to know that they were human beings, not some inhuman people who decided to go out and hurt their own family and country.
And it is important to note, I’m being a bit subtle here. I want the whole “race wars” to be viewed with a more positive view than it has been with regards to other issues. Blacks will always be seen as more human than Whites in the same way that Hispanics were treated as less human than Blacks. In fact, in the book the Mexican girl is shown suffering from a mental illness. However…
The Mexican man thinks he is superior to the other African women as an example of how the blacks can be better at their jobs and culture and then the Mexican “motor of color” in a way that shows that he believes he just knows and can get things done.
Here’s a quote from the book: “It is difficult to understand the importance of knowing and working with individuals in the public sphere.”
In our current society, we only allow our government agencies and agencies to intervene in the lives of African people. It was important in the past time that they not directly interfere with our people and the communities they are protecting. Now, we should simply treat our African people with respect and dignity while all of these things change. But it is no easy feat. I feel like the government has no choice but to act in the interest of American Blacks, but you may want to read the book, the book is written and the story told by this book. Maybe this time, in the future.
